would appear to be programming our software
in the same way god has appeared to be
programming our hardware:

followed by a jungle of evolutionary testing .
. hence sons are expected to be finite,

or as long as man's thoughts have some inputs into
the robotic (intelligent, demon-free) law enforcement .

. here is a summry of prior religions,
presenting their founders as sons of god:

they impl'd it by separating self from unclean members,
applying it not just to communicable diseases,
but also to communicable psychological tendencies .

if only others had just been more polite;

from others: it's starting as emotional pain
injected from within by the devil,
who is the lord over technological evolution
who wants you to start some real pain
to evolve weapons and other technologies .
. if instead we would all not be the first one
to make a judgement against another,
that would solve a lot of violence .

. the other main problem was leadership:
people were always trusting
religions and governments
without understanding what they were doing;
and, this was another source of conflict .
. his idea for a world religion that we
could all believe in as one world
-- just like the catholics were hoping for
but without the violence of hierarchical leadership --
was to use a combination of
both your own common sense
and finding agreement by your community of elders .
. this would help everyone both own the religion
and remain future-aware, guided by experience .

. this would be yet another modification
of a son#judaism rule:
the rule affected this time
was to follow one's elders without question:
"( this is what your god wants;
your parents will make sure you know this;
make sure you honor your parents ).
. some of the things "(god) wanted
were pretty surprising;

and believed their genetic family
was specifically Chosen:
ie, there would be many descendants,
and they were collectively promised a profitable future .

that JC misrepresented g-d's Word
Christians believed JC was a prophet,
ie, able to speak on g-d's behalf;
and they interpreted his message
as meaning that everyone
who believed what Jews believed
could equally be Chosen .

. JC had been an icon of equality:

then even the least of Jews should be Chosen;
so, even if being ill doesn't seem Chosen,
we still don't make lies about them being sinners
or about g-d making them ill in order to
punish personal sins;

we stand by them and cure their illness)

. the elites, however,
had a different sort of illness to cure:
every time they got things productive,
the mobs would overpopulate and dilute the wealth;
so, you have to find some way to
organize mobs into armies;
then elites survive while armies die .
(not a bad deal since mobs started it, eh?);

. JC's message might seem to say
that the right thing to do
is to yell at the elite until they share more;
but that would dilute everyone's wealth
and leave them vulnerable to the mob next door .
. so, the elite's deal must be:
a christian mindset should be all about
dying to push your beliefs for their own good;
that way we can attack pre-emptively,
and while the mobs still suffer
under such poverty and inequality
it's because the mobs next door won't believe;
because if they did, they would share !

. next door to JC was the arabian peninsula,
where Islam's founder resided;
and, 500 years later, when Islam was born,
Christians had by then,
increasingly over-simplified the story,
in order to convince the overpop'ing masses
to adopt the elite's Christian culture .

the life of cultural reform being one of

. think it funny for a prophet to claim

he's been told he'll be the final prophet?

after all,

the bible that the prophet respects does record a string of them!

. perhaps the main point was that

the new world really needs only one message:

it seems obvious the first big new message (given by christ)

was that real promises of justice are not mocked;

and then when "(Christians) turn this message

into a cultish military machine

then the final message (given by Islam's Prophet)

is to guide us in the meaning the new message .

. Christ's main concern was not about whether Christ is a god!

rather, it was about getting real justice:

not abusing women, borrowers, or the poor

(children, possessed, mutilated, diseased,

prostituting, tax collecting, ...) .

12.20: rn.relig/christianity/virgin birth:

. skeptics point out that virgin means young girl,

but preacher counters:

the way the term was used then,

young girl implied virgin, as in too young for marriage .

. my counter to the preacher's point

was that the skeptic still has the same result:

virgin implied too young for legal

rather than succeeding at staying legal .

. that, of course, would still be a minor point,

since the glaring delusion of christianity

is to think that something is so just because there are

some authentic writings of people believing it was so .

. who are these believers?

can we cross-examine them now? conveniently not!

. but, of course,

that is a minor point to the central issue:

christian's have a lot of material

that would prove existence of the supernatural,

and of psychological solution to many of our problems;

why are they insisting on fundamentalist

concrete interpretations of the bible

when the symbolic ones are just as useful ?

. why are they making an issue about

god being in the form of man?

. the catholic vision of a one-world religion is

commendable as an approach to world-wide peace,

but tacking on every sort of superstition

just to make everyone feel at home

is hardly doing justice to christ's intended message .

we are legion

. I was letting loose with spontanious joking

about jc's encounter with we are legion,

and then afterward thinking about what I said .

. it reminded me that one reason we can't agree

is that we are legion!

. then it occurred to me that this jc story

was a hint, like his other parables:

. curing a madness called we are legion,

and then to have it result in

the loss of a legion of pigs,

reminds us that

to find your strength

asume you are legion:

assume that there are many like you,

not being pigs,

but having a vision of some common good .

[12.21:

. you can't lose the insane guy

without losing a bunch of moral pigs too!

. (bunch of pigs) is a twist of

united under one who is like a pig;

ie, a pig is well fed only to be slaughtered,

the same thing could be said of lamb .

. the literal reason for Christ's slaughter

(death before grandfathering some children)

was that a hypocritical, unjust moral system

prevented him from being fully accepted into his society

due to no fault of his own,

but for merely being the innocent offspring of

a statutory rape (taking of a girl not in marriage) .

. a radio preacher was telling us about

JC saving the whore from being stoned:

was this to mean "(don't judge lest you be judged?),

no, the preacher scoffed,

it simply meant to not be a hog about judging !

. I don't think this preacher has it all together .

. JC spent a lot of time telling his own that

their laws were not fair .

. he was saying that untouchables were being blamed as sinnners,

when they should be understood as victims .

. why would a woman typically choose to be a whore?

these days she might need an underworld job

to support an underworld habit;

but back then,

she was likely not being respected by men

and her sex was the only thing she had

to earn a living .

. there wasn't anything convincing about

needing to be sinless in order to throw the first stone;

it's likely that anything confrontative JC said

could have reminded the crowd

that he had a powerful influence with other crowds,

and he might remember the first stone thrower .
