9-11 Directed Energy Weapons technology

11.15 ..12.12: pol/purges/controlled demolition:
summary of my NDEW theory:
. what struck me watching Hutchison Effect vid's
was how much effort was spent on
fine tuning the RF waves to resonate with a target .
. then while studying nuclear demolition devices,
I found that much of the energy came from x-rays,
which are just like radio waves,
but at a much higher frequency .
. if there was some way to make a nuclear device
that converted x-rays to Radio Frequency waves,
then they they could be both highly energetic,
and come in every needed frequency concurrently,
so that would provide all the needed tuning:
whatever your target's resonance frequency,
this nuclear device will generate all of them .

the first ever Food Revolution Day

5.19: co.fb#applegatefarms/health/
the first ever Food Revolution Day:
A day to spread awareness and knowledge
about healthy eating!
Are any of you joining or hosting an event?
see vid.
me:
. thanks for supporting Food Revolution Day .
. the important thing with meat is
certifying no grains were fed,
unless the animal is a natural grain eater
(eg, grasshoppers, crickets, other insects)
. I would also want an annual sanity test
that included 3rd-party dioxin testing;
if the animal is sitting high on the food chain
(from being fish entrails for instance)
then this may show up in a dioxin test .
. for economics, I would start by
feeding organic grain to grasshoppers or crickets
and then try feeding pressure-cooked beans and insects
to the chickens for meat and eggs .
. not sure if grass-eating animals will eat insects,
but if they'll eat mouldy grain out of a trough
they might eat anything!
. until then, the only animal product I can trust is
whey protein isolate and eggland's organic best eggs .
(I actually have to do without organic eggland's in my area
but eggs are very important brain food
and low-sat'fats = low-grain fed .)

think wild alaskan salmon is safe?

5.19: web.health/omega-3/wild salmon:
. in the industries own research
they are happy to give numbers
until the issue of dioxins and pcb's comes up,
for these xenoestrogenic carcinogens,
they claim there is no proof of a problem!
. xenoestrogens are tricky to prove
because such endocrine disruptors
cause cancer in subtle ways,
not seen except in the overall high level
of unexplained cancers .
. and the smallest doses of endocrine disruptors like dioxin
are the worst offenders when it comes to causing cancers .

. wild salmon often has double the dioxin levels of
molecularly distilled fish oil, and {4 .. 8} times the pcb's .
. EPA* suggests limiting alaskan wild salmon to
2..5 meals per month (depending on the species)
-- which is not a lot of omega-3 .
*: [Fig. 5. Consumption advisories (in meals per month)
based on USEPA cumulative carcinogenic risk assessment methods
for total DDT, dieldrin, total chlordane, heptachlor epoxide, lindane,
hexachlorobenzene, toxaphene, PCBs, and dioxins/furans
for farmed salmon (red), wild salmon (green), ... ]

. if you want the guaranteed purest fishoil,
make sure it's 3rd-party tested for dioxins .
. the testing used by most pure brands (ifosprogram.com)
has PCB Levels Less Than 50% of CRN Standard
and Dioxin and Furan Levels Less Than 50% of WHO Standard .
. here's the test limits
and lef.org's fish oil recent test results:
-- ppb = parts per billion(nano) --
-- ppt = parts per trillion(pico) --
pcb = 0.2226 ppb < 45 ppb
dioxins and furans = 0.739 ppt < 1 ppt
dioxin-like pcb's = 0.081 < 3/2 ppt
heavy metals are also tested:
each of lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium < 0.1ppm .

dioxins & furans in wild salmon are 0.2 ... 2 pg/g*
*:[p = pico = 1/trillionth = ppt]
Total PCB's in wild Alaskan are 3.9 - 8.1 ng/g .

#cancer #prostate prevention factors #health

11.13 ... 12.31: web.health/
cancer#prostate/prevention factors:

intro:

. I was recently introduced to a fund drive
for awareness of prostate cancer .
. it wasn't clear to me how funds could cure cancer;
but the drive certainly does promote awareness;
and, awareness begets prevention ...
however, I was stumped by the question
"(what prevents prostate cancer?);
and, they weren't offering any clues,
so I directed my available resources at research .
12.1:
. my first strategy for assessing prostate risk
is to look at several cultures with low risk;
the most significant result of that has been: [12.28:
# paleo is not easy:
. even if you could afford grass-fed, chances are
your fats are contaminated with xenoestrogens .]
# soy & grain not required:
. the controversial soy & grain plan
is not required for prostate care:
soy has been the apparent source of Japanese health
but has not been needed by the Inuit .
. moreover, soy confuses 2 preventive factors:
# weakly estrogenic Isoflavones,
# legume diet's hormone-balancing benefits:
the pro-biotic, soluble fiber,
and the fiber's drip-feeding of glucose & protein
all work to reduce prostate risk
(even peanuts benefit from being legumes!).
12.23:
. other strategies include trying to integrate the teachings
of the Zone diet (an advanced paleo diet),
and cancer reports with battle strategies,
all of which have unique contributions to the war on cancer .

chia is healthy snack food

10.26: news.health/chia/fiber-carb ratio:
. did you see chia's fiber/carb ratio?
one way to highlight that is
give it in terms of % daily value:
20%/2%
.20/.02 = 10 .
10.27:
... what is the soluble-insoluble ratio ?

10.27: health/chia's soluble fiber:

. chia is a great snack food
because it's tastes like a grain
that can be eaten raw,
yet has a soluble fiber content similar to beans .

0.7 grams of soluble fiber per 15 g chia:
0.7 soluble fiber =
4.1 gm total Fiber - 3.4 g Insoluble Fiber
. compared to bean fibers (per cup/2 dried):
red: 2.0 sol, -- 7.9 total, 5.9 insol .
navy: 2.2 sol, -- 6.5 total, 4.3 insol .
black: 2.4 sol, -- 6.1 total, 3.7 insol .

rich in mucilloid soluble fiber:
If you leave Chia in water for 30 minutes
the glass will appear to contain
an almost solid gelatin,
absorbing more than 12 times its weigh in water .
"( Excessive consumption of flax [or chia] seeds
with inadequate water
can cause bowel obstruction. )

. chia's fat has more omega-3 than omega-6
unlike most grains, nuts, and seeds;
Grains are seeds of plants belonging to the grass family.
(members of the monocot families Poaceae or Gramineae)
chia is a pseudocereal .

per 100g chia the fat composition is (grams):
3.2 sat, 2.1 mono, 5.8 poly(18:2), 17.5 poly(18:3)
compare 100g salmon:
0.9 sat, 2.1 mono,  0.8 poly(18:2), 0.3 poly(18:3)
0.3 poly(20:5 -- epa )
0.3 poly(22:5 -- dpa )
1.115 poly(22:6 -- dha)

reading the usda charts:
18:3 means 18 carbons with 3 double bonds .
omega-3 vs -6: means
A double bond is located on the 3rd vs 6th
carbon–carbon bond,
counting from the terminal methyl carbon
toward the carbonyl carbon.
For example, alpha-Linolenic acid
is classified as an omega-3 fatty acid .
18:3 vs 18:2
alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA)     18:3 (n-3)
Linoleic acid (LA) 18:2(n-6) -- omega-6 fatty acid.

. keep in mind that omega-3's are
poly's (polyunsaturates) -- they are
easily increasing your free radical load
and causing oxidative stresses (rapid aging)
while not being easily converted by your body
into the healthy fish oils .

. while poly's do have anti-cancer effects,
a more heart-friendly anti-cancer strategy
is high-dosing the non-toxic form of selenium
and avoiding the moldy grains
that are folded into fast foods .

. worse news for poly's, [2014.6.30: later retracted]
macular degeneration (leading cause age-related blindness)
and male prostate cancer,
were more likely with high levels of ALA,
the omega-3 plentiful in chia .
. while ALA is an essential fatty acid,
only very small quantities are required,
and should be mixed with
antioxidant herbs like rosemary,

. the amount you need ?
see usa's suggestion .
--(notice in that link
that you can have omega-6 amounts
that are 17times the omega-3 amounts?
that is the political opinion of the usa,
the world's grain supplier:
most of their exports --{wheat, soy}--
have too much omega-6
compared to omega-3 .
. they might be right about your omega-3 needs;
or they might be low-balling
due to usa's lack of it .

. I appreciate raw foods,
so I'm grateful chia seeds don't imbalance
my omega-3 omega-6 ratio's,
but, my favorite raw source for omega-3
is egg yolks and dark leafy greens .
. the closest I've found to bean-fed eggs
-- that would have more omega-3 I believe --
is Eggland's Best .

. to get a sure dose of DHA,
that is 3rd-party tested for
acceptable levels of the usual
fish oil contaminants
(dioxins,PCB's, mercury, ...)
I use Life Extension's
Super Omega-3 epa/dha fisho oil
(from a well-used discounter
like iherb.com  not amazon.com)
[2011.11.14: but not since
iherb changed its discount policies;
do consider however,
who amazon is connecting you with:
counterfeits do happen,
and dioxins are serious .]

chia is better than flax:
"( flaxseed contains a considerable amount of
[neurotoxic] cyanogen glycosides.
To remove cyanides from flaxseed,
5% of freshly ground flaxseed by weight
could be added to cold-pressed flaxseed,
with incubation at 30 °C for 18 h
followed by steam heat to evaporate HCN.)

"(Taking over 2 tablespoons raw flax seed,
may have hormonal effects that are
harmful during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
People with hormone-dependent conditions
like breast or prostate cancer
should also avoid using flax seed oil.
It is not recommended for children under 12.)

"(Flax seed may have estrogen-like effects,
and women taking flax seed daily
may experience changes in menstruation;
the NIH advises that women with
hormone-related health conditions
be cautious about using flax seed,
including endometriosis, uterine fibroids,
polycystic ovary syndrome,
and breast, ovarian or uterine cancer.
Pregnant women also should
not consume supplemental flax seed,
as it could cause hormonal effects
that might be harmful to the developing baby .)

the true cost of "(death panels)

3.12: pol/health care/the cost of inaction:

. according to Obama's "(the cost of inaction):
"(
So how much higher do premiums have to rise
until we do something about it?
How many more Americans have to
lose their health insurance?
How many more businesses have to drop coverage?
How many more years
can the federal budget handle the crushing costs
of Medicare and Medicaid?
When is the right time
for health insurance reform?
Implications for States (pdf)
Failure to Enact Nixon, Carter, and Clinton Health Reforms
The Cost of Doing Nothing
If Reform Fails )
. people who don't want death panels are asserting
that their doctors are rational,
and therefore need not gov'guidance .
. what is really going on is that
people are not rational:
they want their doctor staying out of
their lifestyle choices,
and the only way the gov't
is going to save money
is by having the doctors draw
exactly those hard lines .
. your gov-mandated doctor will say:
"(
. the research shows that your
lifestyle obesity
is going to be this black hole
that first swallows up a bunch of
medications that only bandaid the symptoms
and then goes on to devour
major surgical interventions .
. I can start you on those feel-good med's
now,
or I can ask you to cooperate with a
dietician .) .
. who really has the death panels around here?
gov't control of doctors?
or corporate control of consumers?

cost of inaction is not so bad:

. I think what people are doing is this:
if the death panels are so great for us,
why don't you just apply them to medicaid?
. the medical system will never collapse;
instead,
the rich will pay for exactly the services
they use,
by using agents to negotiate fair prices
(vs the prices that are taxed to cover
what they spent on charity cases)
and those who do get driven to the poor house,
can then be fed to the death panels
on a per-lottery basis .
. actually that's not so random;
and this is why people feel safe
betting on it:
the one's who are most in need of medicals
are those who are driving small cars,
taking on the dangerous jobs,
and eating the cheap, poisonous foods .
. if eno' people get burned in medicaid,
then they may see the sense of
either higher taxes
or some sort of cap on services (death panels)
that apply only to the chronically ill:
the diabetics, the mentally ill,
and the other major sources of hormonal damage .

3.15: pol/health care/bluedog blues:
. right wing radio is right about
obama care is going to be more tax not less;
because, they know
amer's won't cooperate with preventive health;
instead,
they are going to take that universal health care
for one fat ride .
. one problem with a [let dumb be dumb].policy
is genocide:
the genetic strains that can't tolerate bad diet
are going to have all their child-rearing funds
diverted to managing diabetes, and disability ...
unless,
they can make a sure living from
disability insurance .
. whites tend to have most of the
anti-diabetic genes
since they have many generations tested against
cultures of tea, sugar, and grain-based diets .

3.21: news.pol/health care/spectator.org's obamacare:

. David Catron -- a health care revenue cycle expert, MBA,
with 20+ years working for and consulting with
hospitals and medical practices --
summarizes the situ' as Obama being your
typical promise breaker and flip-flopper;
and concludes that this is why
obamacare lost popularity .

. he doesn't even mention
the rage over death panels;
nor the fact that a good segment of the opposition
were seething about manditory health insur'
even when any unpaid economist will tell you
that one change
is the one that must happen
in order to stop the massive bleeding in our budget
and get fair rates out of insur'co's .

. he assumes that obama's election promises
should be applying in this situation;
his main job as pres' right now
is to play ball with congress;
how can agreeing with the majority of rep's
be a promise-breaker?
it just says he sees
that he can't have his way,
but the important promise to keep
is getting some health bill through .
. that was the big promise,
and both barrels are still blazing for that one .

. and as for public support,
are we really about democracy?
nazi's were all about democracy!
. if you just look at what death panels
really were,
it is the amer'public who are the
big flip-floppers:
. if you ask them if doctors have
sense eno' to run an abortion;
a good half will say no:
doctors don't have unlimited good sense .
if you ask these same people
if the doctor has the sense to
pull the plug on a corpse;
70% will say yes:
doctors do have unlimited good sense .
. this is what obama's empty patronizing
is fueled by .
. plus,
he has this ace up his sleeve:
he knows that if it
doesn't pass the way dem's deal it,
it's such an urgent issue that
there's always a next time
where they can then try those open meetings
with the republican ideas
that the dem's sneer is the same old
economics ideas proven wrong repeatedly .

. a comment points out Democrats have until April
for reconciliation to be used to push through the bill.

3.23:
. a review of Catron's argument may find
it's really a left-handed critque
(using a weak critique
to make critics look weak) .

3.21: pol/neutered by poverty-specific pollution conspiracy:
. dioxin is an estrogen mimic
and only the poor are affected
because primarily the wealthy are highly educated
and only the educated are properly motivated
to follow the health advice of a low fat diet
and to eat low on the food chain .
. being vegan is sissy in all but educated circles;
being a carnivore is where the dioxins are concentrated .
. the amer'middle class have high rates of infertility
and this has been attributed to dioxins .
. since this sort of pollution
could have been predicted to affect
only the lower classes,
couldn't knowledge of dioxin's effects
constitute a conspiracy ?
. did I really kill that rude ignoramus,
if I just let him die ?
. could hormone-imbalancing pollutants
be deliberately reducing violence among the poor ?
[3.28: well,
that wouldn't make sense because
they're not that peaceful!
also, the poor are not that infertile;
it's mostly the middle class, isn't it?
. the only real conspiracy
is perpetrated by the supernatural:
the devil's primary goal is to
evolve technology -- including medical --
and dioxins are costing us so much
in treatments for cancer, heart disease, ...]

3.21: co.pol/dem/Congress has passed
comprehensive health care reform:

Barack Obama
date Sun, Mar 21, 2010 at 9:02 PM
subj: Thank you, Philip
Philip --
For the first time in our nation's history,
Congress has passed comprehensive health care reform.
America waited a hundred years
and fought for decades to reach this moment.
Tonight, thanks to you, we are finally here.
Consider the staggering scope
of what you have just accomplished:
Because of you, every American
will finally be guaranteed
high quality, affordable health care coverage.
Every American will be covered under the
toughest patient protections in history.
Arbitrary premium hikes, insurance cancellations,
and discrimination against pre-existing conditions
will now be gone forever.
And we'll finally start
reducing the cost of care
-- creating millions of jobs,
preventing families and businesses
from plunging into bankruptcy,
and removing over a trillion dollars of debt
from the backs of our children.
But the victory that matters most tonight
goes beyond the laws and far past the numbers.
It is the peace of mind enjoyed by every American,
no longer one injury or illness away from catastrophe.
It is the workers and entrepreneurs
who are now freed to pursue
their slice of the American dream
without fear of losing coverage
or facing a crippling bill.
And it is the immeasurable joy
of families in every part of this great nation,
living happier, healthier lives
together because they can finally receive
the vital care they need.
This is what change looks like.
My gratitude tonight is profound.
I am thankful for those in past generations
whose heroic efforts brought this great goal
within reach for our times.
I am thankful for the members of Congress whose
months of effort and brave votes
made it possible to take this final step.
But most of all, I am thankful for you.
This day is not the end of this journey.
Much hard work remains,
and we have a solemn responsibility to do it right.
But we can face that work together
with the confidence of those who have
moved mountains.
Our journey began three years ago,
driven by a shared belief
that fundamental change
is indeed still possible.
We have worked hard together every day since
to deliver on that belief.
We have shared moments of tremendous hope,
and we've faced setbacks and doubt.
We have all been forced to ask if our politics
had simply become
too polarized and too short-sighted
to meet the pressing challenges of our time.
This struggle became a test of whether
the American people
could still rally together
when the cause was right
-- and actually create
the change we believe in.
Tonight, thanks to your mighty efforts,
the answer is indisputable: Yes we can.
Thank you,
President Barack Obama

high-fat diet, dioxins, and cancer

1.29: health/cancer/dioxin:
. after hearing about our unending dioxin blunders
from a gm food discussion ...
. how much is a dioxin a continuing problem?
dioxin in jungles soon farmed on;
is that collecting in veg? esp'ly fatty or root veg?
...
. some remassaged data indicated little risk of dioxin
from eating root veg grown in high-dioxin soils;
but, apparently this is not the case for fatty plants .
Dioxin in the Agricultural Food Chain
. dioxin is continually ommitted by trash incinerators,
and {dairy, beef} cows concentrate these sources .

todo.web/health/sure-pure eggs:
. recent b'day money could be useful for getting
chickens that could supply sure-pure eggs .
. eggs typically have 10 times more dioxin
than veg'oil does (still 10times less than
fish highest on the food chain) .
