finding a sensible watch . travel clock

6.20: mis.addn/gear/self-winding watch needs a rechargable replacement:

try to figure it out:
there's a set of 3 buttons near the clock:
(enter, -, +);
press enter,
(-) incr's minutes, (+) incr's hours,
press enter again after done,
else changes won't stick .
