    can they prevent housing bubbles?:
    . why housing stocks are good:
    the more stock you have
    the more you look like an owner,
    and the more trust you deserve,
    so you can live in a house without having to
    own the whole thing .
    . and instead of just renting,
    you tell people when they're buying stock:
    "( you get more value by incurring less costs,
    you don't walk away empty handed
    unless you get sued for wrecking the house
    and not making insurance go right;
    then court can take things including stocks .
    . instead of having to worry about
    selling and buying a house,
    you can just trade stock .
    ).
    . ok, so what causes nutty housing bubbles?
    if society outlaws loans and demands stock sytstem
    then how does that prevent
    a bubble from happening?
    todo:
    I'm not seeing how this is sure
    but it looks worth investigating .

    me:
    I would hold out for a needs-based suspension of
    both the payments due and the accrual of interest
    for those who are looking for work
    or starting an unprofitable business;
    . why a blanket forgiveness like that:
    after 10years of paying?
    I was still paying off my loans until this year: 21years!
